• To begin, complete the fields that describe the parts you intend to send to us. If you are sending more than one item, simply click the "Add Fields" button for each additional item.

• Following this, please provide your personal information and specify the day on which you plan to deliver your suspension to us. You can choose between directly dropping it off at our shop or arranging delivery through a courier service.

• If you opt for the courier service, please pack well your items! Than bring them to a courier and send the box to our address:

After successfully submitting your booking, you will receive an email containing all the relevant information.

•  According to the date you fixed, just drop off your forks, shocks, droppers, parts or whole bike in our shop (see location here) or send them via a courier.

Upon receiving your suspension, our team will conduct diagnostics within 3 working days. We will then promptly contact you to discuss their condition, service options, potential upgrades, and provide you with the final price. In the meantime, you can explore our service pricing.

• Once we have expertly revived your valuable suspension, we will contact you for pickup or arrange to have them sent back to you via courier. Payment will be settled upon receiving the parts.
